Survivors include his daughter, Carrie (Phillip) Tomlin of Hazel Green, AL sisters, Tammy Louise (Ataana) Badilli of Nashville, and Lisa Ann (Kevin) Monks of Fayetteville bonus siblings, Larry (Lisa) Posey of Petersburg, Curtis (Tina) Posey of Fayetteville, and Kay (Tracy) McNeal of the Yukon Community and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Rickie passed away on July 31, 2022, at his daughter’s home, surrounded by his loving family. Bell was a longtime member of the Fayetteville Elks Lodge #1792. He was an avid sports fan and always watched the Chicago Bears. Bell enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and throwing darts.
